Today at Teen Weekender was an exciting one! We woke up early to some delicious muffins and headed straight out for some climbing tower adventures. So many of our kids braved the rock wall to be rewarded with an exciting ride down a zipline. After some lunch, we played basketball, archery tag, and fishing. The weather was a bit cold, but we all powered through. Tacos were on the menu for dinner and now everyone is settling in carving pumpkins and watching some football. Being a past camper and transitioning to volunteer has been one of the best things I could have done, teen weekender is one of my many favorite programs KCA offers. I have been volunteering for teen weekender since I has started and I cannot wait for many more to come! Goodnight from Teen Weekender!
