Thanksgiving Dinner & Thankful For Our Seniors

| June 10, 2022

Our Thanksgiving/Christmas Camp Day started off a little cooler this morning but that didn’t keep our campers from participating in the Polar Bear Swim! Our morning agenda involved making melty beads in Arts & Crafts, boating & fishing on the lake, practicing our aim at archery, and hiking to the creek.

After scarfing down some chicken fingers & mac-n-cheese for lunch we spent the afternoon swimming, putting the final touches on our talent show skits, and doing some wood working at Arts & Crafts.

The evening Talent Show was filled with skits, songs, and more skills than we knew our campers possessed. We finished out our night by honoring graduating seniors with a small ceremony which ended with the release of floating lanterns on the lake.

It’s hard to believe that tomorrow is our last full day of the camp week – the week is flying by since we’re having such a great time!
