Fall-tastically Fun Wednesday

| July 14, 2022

Campers woke up super excited for Polar Bear Swim once again! After that invigorating dip, we enjoyed breakfast before kicking off our Halloween Themed day full of spooky fun.
Cabin & Camper Choice this morning included kayaking & paddle boating on the lake along with more fishing…the fish were really biting today! Campers also had fun exploring the creek for geodes (and breaking them open- the best part), and making Halloween masks in Arts & Crafts.
After a quesadilla lunch, campers alternated between swim time, continuing to work on their talent show acts with our music folks, and had special ice cream treats.
For dinner, we enjoyed Cracker Barrel chicken & mac and cheese which everyone LOVED!
This evening campers got a chance to participate in Trick AND Treating…a fun spin on Trick or Treating where they had to accomplish a challenge (a “trick”) in order to get a treat from each station. Afterwards, they headed to the Fall Festival where they enjoyed inflatables, pumpkin decorating, face painting, festival games, and apple cider and caramel apples.
Everyone is now tucked into bed resting up for another amazing day of camp tomorrow!
